Consultation Requirement & TGA Disclaimer
In accordance with current Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations, are unable to provide treatment pricing or advertise prescription-only medications on our website, via phone, or on social media without a prior medical consultation.
As these are medical treatments, all new clients are required to attend a face-to-face consultation with our Registered Nurse to assess treatment suitability and discuss your individual needs. A non-refundable consultation fee of $50 applies and can be credited toward same-day treatment.
Policies
1. Medical Disclaimer & TGA Compliance
We comply with all TGA advertising regulations. Prescription-only treatments will only be discussed in person following a clinical assessment. We are legally prohibited from advertising specific prescription-only medications or disclosing pricing for these treatments on our website, via phone, or through social media without a prior consultation. All treatments offered at our clinic are considered medical procedures and must be preceded by a face-to-face consultation with a qualified healthcare practitioner.
2. Consultation Policy
A full medical consultation is required before any treatment is administered. This allows our practitioners to assess your suitability for the procedure, discuss your goals, explain potential risks, and develop a tailored treatment plan.
All treatments are preceded by a full medical consultation to ensure safety and appropriateness. A $50 non-refundable fee applies. This fee is non-refundable.
If you choose to proceed with treatment on the same day, the $50 fee will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.
3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the consultation fee.
Clients who fail to attend appointments may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
4. Treatment Eligibility
All treatments are subject to individual suitability, determined during your consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed not in your best interest or medically inappropriate. Not all treatments are suitable for every individual. Final decisions are made in the best interest of client safety.
5. Payment Policy
Full payment is required on the day of treatment.
We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and cash payments.
Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking or at the appointment.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic medical treatments, we do not offer refunds on services once they have been provided. Results vary based on individual factors, and multiple sessions may be necessary for best outcomes.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal information and medical history are treated with the utmost confidentiality in compliance with Australian privacy laws. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent unless legally required.
8. Changes to Policies
These policies are subject to change at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.
